MEET BAILEY
Of course, we’re starting with the good stuff. I’m a girl mom through and through, love dancing and outrageous outfits that usually can only be worn in rare circumstances.
I love creating a home that is silly and weird and honors the individuality of my little humans. I will always love the Gators, and am a college football girl through and through (the NFL has no heart).
If it was up to me, I'd use all my spare time traveling the world and have been to 28 different countries so far. I love learning about people and different cultures and exploring all the uniqueness in the world — personally, I think it makes me a better human.
I'm a Taurus. I put edible glitter on most things just for fun, and I quit my job because of a song — just listen and you’ll know!

Where I Started
Worked designing gatherings for students and internationals in non-profit world across D.C., this was so fun!
2018-2022
Big Consulting
Designed + facilitated large-scale consulting services in D.C., managing a team of 20+ consultants and over 10K participants!
2022
The Fount Launch
The most amazing year ever! We launched Fount & Flourish, bringing connection and community for women to Naptown and beyond.

Growth & Expansion
Thanks to you, F&F has grown, we’ve developed programs like Master Your Moxie, and expanded coaching and consulting services to meet you right where you are + help you thrive.
