ArtFarm Studios
Founders: Darin Gilliam and Alison Harbaugh
ArtFarm Studios is a 4,000 square foot creative space, located in the Design District of Annapolis, Maryland.
Equipped with open space, large gallery wall, two classrooms, and a stage, ArtFarm is the perfect place to explore arts education, engage with creative groups, or host an event. With its spacious floor plan, ArtFarm also caters to working creatives with its’ Open Studio Residency.
Together with Charles Lawrance of FinArt and Malcolm McFadden of Six Fifteen Studio and The Conglomerate, ArtFarm has created a space that caters to a broad spectrum of the arts.
While dreaming and planning, co-owners Alison Harbaugh and Darin Gilliam had one main goal: to create a space that inspires others to create, encourage artistic innovation and bring together community in Annapolis.
“It’s easy to travel down the road to D.C. or Baltimore to experience great art. We wanted that to happen in our own backyard. We love to create opportunities for locals and visitors to our town to see all the talent that already exists here in the city and encourage outsiders to present their works here.” - Darin Gilliam
“Seeing artists thrive in our town, encouraging others to try something new, making people laugh and smile, that’s why we do what we do. The arts are so important to us and we want to make them accessible and fun for everyone.” - Alison Harbaugh
